Lindsey and his team of Danny, Dorian and Michael did an outstanding job of helping my wife and I back our boat into the haul out slip and get us on the hard. The part that made it particularly impressive, was that there was a boat blocking the fuel dock where we were supposed to pull in to make final preparations for the haul out. There was no margin for error. The team took their time and talked us into the tight quarters. My boat doesn't back worth a darn, and they made us look like pros!! I am thoroughly impressed with your operation and this side of the operation further substantiated that. You help solve problems for the customers and not create problems. I am thoroughly impressed! Please pass on recognition to the team and let them know our appreciation. I am glad we made the decision to haul out here!”

``I wanted to give you and the boatyard staff sincere compliments for the quality of the yard operations and your staff. We launched Freed Spirit after 19 months on the hard due to COVID-19. It almost seems as if Freed Spirit got the virus, as we had one issue after another while we were tied to the seawall trying to resolve all the problems. During that time, we were around to observe the people and your operations, and spoke to many other boat owners. Everyone felt much like we did regarding the quality and operation of the boatyard. Your staff always takes their job seriously. You can see it every day as they move boats in and out of the water. They are professional, courteous, on-time and always have a positive attitude. They are quick with a smile, a greeting and always willing to help and do whatever job is at hand. They take great care in hauling or placing the boats and seem to do it happily. I want to compliment you on setting the standard and the environment for your staff to feel comfortable in their positions in order to carry out their jobs so well. You are to be congratulated on your success. It shows every day. Thank you for the great job you do, and for looking after Freed Spirit while we were away. And thanks for making us feel at home while we ticked off items on our repair lists, one by one, day after day.``
