The harbour is very protected with no swell

The Jolly Harbour Marina & Boatyard entrance outer marker is located at 17Deg 04’.5N 61deg 54’.3W. This is a safe water mark. Boats of up to 13 feet draft can enter Jolly Harbour.

There are red and green channel markers on the approach to the Marina. These are numbered from 1 to 15. Here in Antigua & Barbuda, we operate the IALA B System. (Red Right Returning). Port lateral marks and lights are green. Starboard lateral marks are red.

Please note that there is a “no wake” zone from the entrance. The speed limit is 5 knots so please be mindful of this as you enter.

We do not recommend approaching the Marina after dark. Plan to arrive before sunset e.g. before 6pm.

Everything you'd expect

The Marina has 155 berths spread over 4 docks in the main Marina area.  There are separate dedicated docks for larger vessels up to 200 feet long.  Ashore there is storage for 240 boats and a covered dinghy storage area.  Jolly Harbour is also a port of entry so clearing in and out is convenient.

There is free WiFi in the Marina, 24 hour security, fuel dock, pump-out, propane refills as well as a full-service chandlery and an impressive array of marine trades.

Shore-side, there is a laundry, large supermarket, restaurants and bars, swimming pool, golf course, ATMs, shower facilities, medical facility, police station and a beautiful white sand beach just 5 minutes walk away.

ABSAR (Antigua & Barbuda Search and Rescue) also has a base in Jolly Harbour.
