What are your hours of operation?

NOVEMBER – MAY
Marina Office: 8am – 5pm daily
Dock Assistance: 7am – 5pm daily
Boatyard Operation: 7am – 4pm Mon – Fri
Fuel Dock: 8am to 5pm, open all day, 7 days a week

Check-in to our docks between 1pm – 5pm

Check-out from our docks is by 11am

Where are you located?

The Marina Office is located at the top of the spiral staircase in the middle of the shopping center – if you find Red Square, you can’t miss us.

Can you accommodate catamarans?

Yes, we can accommodate catamarans in our dedicated, catamaran, 2 acre development.  From May 2024 we will open our new catamaran facility with twin piers measuring 80 feet x 10 feet.  We can accommodate catamarans up to 34 feet beam. We have a brand new Marine Travelift 75 tons and a custom designed, MTL, 40 ton, self-propelled boat mover.

How far are you from the airport?

Just a 30-minute taxi ride

What is the main airport for Antigua?

V.C. Bird International Airport.  Airport code:  ANU

How much is a taxi fare from the airport?

Rates are regulated by the Taxi association. Restrictions on capacity may apply at this time to respect social distancing.

What channel do you monitor on VHF?

VHF channel 68

Do you have a dedicated Dockmaster?

We have a dock team just waiting to assist you – Hutson, David, Hassani.

Do you have complimentary WiFi?

Yes – you will be issued your access code once checked in at the Office.

Is there a swimming pool for guests docked in the Marina?

Yes, there is a pool located behind Sea Dream Restaurant for use by Marina guests berthed at Docks A through D and the Superyacht Dock in the Marina. To access it, simply come to the Marina Office and collect a wrist band. Head over to the pool and sign-in when you get there; giving your boat name and indicate “Marina Guest and your Dock number”.

What if I arrive after office hours?

Please notify the Marina Office if you expect to arrive outside of office hours.  We will direct you to an available berth.  If you cannot notify the Office, it may be easiest to pick up a mooring buoy, then move to the dock the next day when the Dock Team can assist you.  Dock Team listen on VHF Ch68.

What payment methods do you accept?

US/EC cash, Visa or Mastercard

How far is the supermarket from the docks?

Just across the road – not even 5 minutes walk away

Can I clear in and out of Jolly Harbour?

Yes, you can clear in and out of Jolly Harbour.  The Customs offices are located next to the Superyacht Dock; directly ahead of you as you enter the main channel.  Look for the yellow flag.

What are the opening times of the supermarket?

7am – 8pm*
*varies during Public Holidays

Is there a provisioning service in the Marina?

Yes. This can be arranged privately. Contact the Office and we can give you details.

What are the opening hours of the Marina heads/showers?

November 1st -June 30th 6am – 9pm. Alternative summer hours may apply at other times.

Is there a separate dinghy dock?

Yes, there are two, one between A and B dock and one at D dock.

How much are the moorings?

US$35 per night

How do I pay for the moorings?

Go to the Marina Office at the top of the spiral staircase when you go ashore. Note that the dock team does not collect fees.

What are the fuel dock opening times?

How do I book a haul-out?

Contact the Boatyard Supervisor who will give you a haul date and time. Then go to the Marina Office and sign the contract and pay.

Can I stay on my boat on the hard?

Sorry, no one is permitted to live aboard ashore.

Do the Marina restaurants have their own WiFi?

Yes.
